How to delete your account

Option 1 — Delete inside the app

1. Open the TeraStriders app.
2. Log in to the account you want to delete.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@terastriders.com.

Please include the following in your message:

• the email address linked to your account
• your TeraStriders display name or user ID, if available
• the platform you use, such as iOS or Android

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your TeraStriders account, which may include:

• your account profile
• saved gameplay progress
• inventory, Teras, eggs, and related game data
• cloud save data associated with your account
• linked authentication records managed through our services, where applicable

What data may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legitimate operational or legal reasons, including:

• security and fraud prevention
• transaction and purchase recordkeeping
• legal or regulatory compliance
• temporary backup recovery processes

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 14 business days. In some cases, limited retained records or backup removal may take up to 30 days.
