This Privacy Policy applies to the TeraStriders website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Huskiwi Labs LLC.
By using TeraStriders, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect
Depending on how you use TeraStriders, we may collect information such as:
- account information, such as email address, sign-in provider details, or user ID
- your chosen username, which is visible to other TeraStriders players you interact with
- gameplay and progression information, including inventory, unlocks, rewards, and settings
- social information, such as friend lists, friend requests sent and received, in-game gifts, and referral activity
- a device push token (FCM token) used to deliver notifications for social features such as friend requests and gifts, and gameplay events such as farm harvests and egg hatches
- device and technical information, such as app version, device type, operating system, and diagnostics
- support or communication information you provide when contacting us
- purchase-related status information from platform providers to help validate purchases and subscriptions
- advertising identifiers, such as Apple's IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or Google's Advertising ID, when you consent to tracking or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, used to serve and measure ads
Health and Activity Data
If you grant permission, TeraStriders may access step-count or activity-related data from your device or connected platform services in order to power gameplay features tied to movement and progression.
We only use this information for core app functionality, gameplay systems, troubleshooting, and improving the Service. We do not sell health or activity data.
Social Features and Public Profiles
TeraStriders includes optional social features such as friends, in-game gifting, and a referral program. When you use these features, certain information may be visible to other players:
- Public profile: your username, active creature, today's step count, total creature count, and approximate last-active status are visible to players who search for you or who are on your friends list.
- Friend activity: players on your friends list can see your public profile and send you in-game gifts.
- Referral codes: if you share your referral code with others, they may enter it to link accounts for reward purposes. We track which accounts were referred to validate and distribute referral rewards. Referral codes do not expose personal information beyond what is already part of your public profile.
You control whether you participate in social features. Friend requests require mutual acceptance before any profile information is shared between accounts.
Push Notifications
With your permission, TeraStriders may send push notifications for social events such as friend requests and incoming gifts, as well as gameplay events such as eggs hatching, farm harvests becoming ready, and expedition completions. We store a device push token (FCM token) associated with your account for this purpose. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the app.
How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve TeraStriders
- enable account features, cloud save, syncing, and authentication
- support gameplay systems, progression, rewards, and step-based features
- enable social features including friends, in-game gifts, push notifications, and referral rewards
- process and validate purchases, subscriptions, and related entitlements
- respond to customer support inquiries and account requests
- monitor performance, fix bugs, investigate abuse, and improve security
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers or platform partners only as needed to operate the Service, such as authentication providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics or crash reporting tools, app marketplace platforms, and advertising networks (see Advertising below).
Certain information is shared with other TeraStriders players as part of social features — for example, your public profile (username, creature, step count) is visible to friends and players who search for you by username. See the Social Features and Public Profiles section above for details.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our policies, investigate fraud, or protect the security and integrity of the Service.
Advertising
TeraStriders displays ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising platform operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use certain information to serve ads, measure ad performance, and, where permitted, show personalized ads based on your interests.
Information AdMob may collect includes:
- your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
- IP address and approximate location
- device type, operating system, and app usage signals used for ad targeting and measurement
iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, the app will request your permission before accessing your IDFA for ad personalization purposes. If you decline, AdMob will still serve ads but they will not be personalized using your device identifier. You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Opting out of personalized ads: You can also reset or limit ad tracking through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization

Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple, Google, or other authorized platform providers are processed by those platforms. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may receive transaction status, entitlement information, and limited purchase metadata necessary to confirm purchases, restore access, manage subscriptions, and provide support.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service and its users.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your TeraStriders account through the in-app deletion flow, where available, or through our public deletion request page.
For the fastest and preferred method, log in to the app and use the Delete Account option in Settings.

Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
TeraStriders is not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
International Use
If you access the Service from outside the country where our services or providers operate, your information may be processed and stored in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also be able to manage permissions, such as activity or health-data access, directly in your device or platform settings.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
