These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TeraStriders mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Huskiwi Labs LLC. By accessing or using TeraStriders, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
Use of the Service
TeraStriders is a creature-raising and progression-based game experience. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
Eligibility and Accounts
Some features of the Service may require an account. Users may be able to create or access accounts using supported sign-in methods, including email/password, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or other authentication methods we may support.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, and login credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate information where required and not to impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or access an account without authorization.
Gameplay, Virtual Items, and Progression
TeraStriders may include virtual creatures, currencies, items, boosts, progression systems, unlocks, and related digital game content. These virtual items and features are part of the licensed Service experience only.
Virtual items, game progress, and in-app content have no real-world cash value, are not your property, and are not redeemable for money, transferable, or exchangeable except where required by applicable law.
Social Features
TeraStriders includes optional social features including friends, in-game gifting, and public profiles. By using these features, you agree to the following:
- Your username and certain gameplay information (active creature, step count, creature count, last-active status) may be visible to other players who search for you or are on your friends list.
- Friend requests require your acceptance before any profile information is shared between accounts.
- In-game gifts have no real-world monetary value and are subject to the same terms as other virtual items.
- You agree not to use social features to harass, impersonate, or target other players.
Referral Program
TeraStriders may offer a referral program that allows you to share a referral code with others in exchange for in-game rewards. By participating, you agree to the following:
- Referral codes are personal and intended for genuine new users. You may not create multiple accounts or use fraudulent means to generate referral rewards.
- Referral rewards are granted in-game only, have no real-world cash value, and are subject to the same terms as other virtual items.
- We reserve the right to verify referral eligibility, withhold rewards, or revoke rewards if we reasonably determine that the referral program has been abused, gamed, or used fraudulently.
- Referred users must meet eligibility requirements (such as completing account verification and specific gameplay milestones) before any referral reward is issued.
- Referral program terms, reward structures, and eligibility requirements may be updated or discontinued at any time.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
TeraStriders may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple, Google, or other authorized platform providers. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, payment processing, and refund handling are governed by the applicable platform’s terms, policies, and billing systems.
We do not control third-party platform billing systems and are not responsible for delays, billing errors, payment card processing issues, or platform-managed refunds. Requests for refunds are generally handled through the platform from which the purchase was made, unless otherwise required by law.
Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms
Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
For iOS users, subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA .
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their TeraStriders account through the in-app deletion flow, where available, or through our public deletion request page.
For the fastest and preferred deletion method, log in to the app and use the Delete Account option in Settings.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, abuse unintended mechanics, or manipulate gameplay unfairly
- use bots, scripts, automation, mods, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, damage, or compromise the Service
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- interfere with other users, our systems, or platform services
- misrepresent your identity or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, content, or data
- abuse social features, including harassing other players, creating accounts solely to exploit the referral program, or using fraudulent means to claim referral rewards
Updates and Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, including gameplay systems, items, content, pricing, rewards, and availability of features.
We may also release patches, updates, fixes, new features, or technical changes that affect how the Service operates.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the Service, created a security risk, engaged in fraud, or used cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its game systems, artwork, branding, logos, text, designs, characters, software, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Huskiwi Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service or its content.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Huskiwi Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
