Account & login
- Sign in using your Apple ID or email address.
- To delete your account, go to Settings in the app or visit our Account Deletion page.
Steps & tracking
- TeraStriders reads your step count from Apple Health on iOS.
- Make sure Health permissions are granted: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → TeraStriders.
In-app purchases
- All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to their policies.
- For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
